These terms and conditions apply to gift vouchers purchased from Twenty Four.
1. Validity
All Twenty Four gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue.
The expiry date will be shown on the voucher. Gift vouchers must be redeemed on or before this date.
Once the expiry date has passed, the voucher will no longer be valid and any remaining balance will expire.
2. Using Your Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers can be redeemed at Twenty Four, Douglas Avenue, Hythe, Kent.
The voucher must be presented when making a purchase.
If the total purchase is greater than the value remaining on the voucher, the difference can be paid using another accepted payment method.
3. Pre-Paid Purchases
Gift vouchers are pre-paid at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and recipient to be aware of the expiry date and to redeem the voucher within the six-month validity period.
Twenty Four is not responsible for reminding voucher holders that their voucher is approaching its expiry date.
4. Cash & Resale
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash alternative will be provided.
Gift vouchers must not be resold for commercial purposes without the prior permission of Twenty Four.
5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers
Twenty Four cannot guarantee the replacement of lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Where sufficient proof of purchase and voucher details can be provided, please contact us and we will review the circumstances.
6. Refunds
Purchases made using a gift voucher will be dealt with in accordance with Twenty Four’s normal refund policy and your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
7. Changes to These Terms
Twenty Four may update these Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to a voucher will be those in effect when the voucher was purchased, unless a change is required by law.
